You have an AI product idea and no technical co-founder. I architect, build, and ship it, then stay on as the CTO your investors want to see. 10+ products deployed. Seed rounds raised. Enterprise clients onboarded.
What I do
Your startup needs a technical leader, not a $300K/year salary. I work with you 1-3 days a week: making architecture decisions that hold up at scale, hiring your first engineers, and preparing the technical story investors need to hear. Pre-seed through Series A. No lock-in.
What it costs →From idea to deployed product with paying users. I build agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, and automation workflows. The full path from architecture to launch, not a prototype that collects dust. You keep the code. It's clean, documented, and yours.
How it works →You have an existing product or team and need to know where AI agents actually move the needle. I identify the highest-ROI opportunities (customer support automation, document processing, lead qualification) and build them. Not a slide deck. Working systems, in production.
Build vs buy →Trusted by

About
I started coding when I was six, in pajamas, on a machine that weighed more than I did.
I grew up in Legnano, outside Milan. Studied computer science engineering at Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe's top engineering schools. Did my thesis on robotics and computer vision in Lisbon, which turned into five years in Portugal building products, co-founding a studio, and DJing underground parties.
I joined Chatterbox as the first engineer. Built their platform from zero, led the technical side through a seed round, and helped pivot the entire business from B2C to B2B. 700+ active learners, with clients like Microsoft, McKinsey, and BNP Paribas. I still advise them as fractional CTO.
Now I'm in New York. I co-founded Digital Kitchen, an AI product studio where I'm CTO, and I build AI products independently. WhatsApp automation tools, agentic marketing systems, consumer apps, SaaS products, AI-powered recovery tools. If it involves agentic AI, LLM orchestration, or turning a founder's idea into something people pay for, I've done it.
I also DJ under the name Black Pomade, used to write for Italy's top electronic music publication, and once helped grow a local festival to 8,000 people. Not because it's relevant to your product roadmap, but because the best engineers I know have range beyond code.
MSc Computer Science Engineering, Politecnico di Milano.
Thesis at IST Lisbon, in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon. Published peer-reviewed research paper on robotics and computer vision.
11+ years building products across Italy, Portugal, and the US.
Based in New York.
Contact
I take on a small number of fractional CTO engagements and AI product builds at a time. If you have a product to build, a technical decision to make, or investors asking about your tech, book a 30-minute call.
No pitch. Just an honest assessment of where you are and what it would take to get where you need to be.
